An individual who uses/builds devices to carry out his or her own needs. Most non-meta and Homo Magi Heroes and Villains do not use gadgets but those who do are most likely born without powers. Robot are also gadgeteers seeing as how they do not possess the necessary atoms to gain a Meta-Gene.
