Background: Not much is known about the young man who would become Shadow Albatross. As a child, his parents were killed by a random crime that took place in Gotham City back in 2004 and he was placed in the foster care system. Sometime later he would be brought in and trained in the same program that Mockingbirdx had went through, becoming an agent for Patricia Nightly and First Defense. During the conflict between Nightly’s own version of the Justice Teens and Blurr’s team, Troy, now going by David Blackwell, stayed out of the way, continuing his training and progression through the organization. When the war between the I.T and J.T broke out, Shadow was present during the attack on First Defense’s mountain base while in search for the Orb’s location. Seeing them as a threat, Shadow would join the Justice Teens in 2010.

 

Personality: Controlling his emotions due to years of training by F.D. David Blackwell is a cool-headed person. His missions usually left him on his own, so he’s developed a lone wolf mentality. When on assignment, he’s focused and reliable, but not as trusting of those he’s never worked with before. On his off time, he’s not against hanging out with other members of the league, but it’s noticeable that he’d rather keep what’s on his mind to himself.
