Background: Born from a Wealthy family in Boise, Idaho, Victor is an heir to an ancestral fortune. Since he was young, he was taught and exposed to the sport of hunting, which is a crucial tradition to his bloodline. Having naturally enhanced senses, he quickly excelled in the trade and became adept in it at the age of 11. Home-schooled most of his life, he joined the I.T to better mastered his hunting skills.
