Background: Nyeusi E'ell, now going as Water Shock, was found as a baby in the Atlantis slums known as M'as'kini. He lived most of his life in the shadows, raised by the forgotten and misfortuned. He would eventually make his way into the Atlantean Royal Guard in hopes of finding information about his parents, only to find that the pain and trials were for nothing as there was no record of him or his family. Due to his strange nature and appearance, and that he was somehow able to breathe air, his C.O took him under his wing in hopes of making him an assassin for Atlantis and placing him on the surface world to carry out whatever orders he was given. Many years later, in response to the violent swat of the Atlantic Ocean, on November 2nd, 2008, King Arthur sent up two Royal Guards to investigate. Following the signal to Metropolis, the duo began to draw attention to themselves. Due to the two young men bearing strange markings, the local authorities were called to apprehend the two. A fight broke out with the result of seven officers nearly losing their lives. It wasn't long before the Justice Teens were on sight. While Water Shock was ready to continue the bloodshed, Zaleth intervened and revealed their mission. Together, the teams located the catalyst for their reasoning for being there. Once it was said and done, Zaleth joined the J.T while Water Shock left to report back to his superiors. Weeks later, Zaleth's corpse was found in the middle of the ocean, killed by the same weapon they had thought they destroyed. Saddened and enraged, Water Shock would join the Justice Teens to pay respect to Zaleth's dreams and bring his killer to justice.

Personality: Water Shock is an Atlantean Captain, through and through. Like many Atlanteans, he carries a certain disdain for those who live on the surface, however, due to his time as a J.T he understands much of their culture. He's a known strategist, using tactics of both brute strength and quick precision to rule the battlefield, and added to his extreme training within the depths of the ocean, Water is a dangerous combatant. He can be seen as silent unless angered, and quick to throw a slight insult at those who cannot perform to their best. He shows strong respect towards Kid Blurr who could understand that sometimes, being the good guy is not enough to save the day.
