Background: Jack was an orphan raised in Virtotia, a small island country in the Pacific Ocean between Russia and the U.S. At home Jack was a victim of discrimination along with other supernatural and meta powered humans. Society shunned them, drove them into hiding their identities and the unwanted children were passed off to orphanages, kept secret or killed at birth.

Lady Anastasia Amato, owner of the orphanage Jack lived in, cared for him and her grandson, Sven, who also helped around the establishment. Jack was frail, naive and constantly getting bullied by the normal kids and Sven always felt obligated to protect them with the help of the other older kids. During an outing with Sven for groceries, Jack was attacked by some ruffians who Sven had to fight to give Jack the chance to run away home. On his run home, he was stopped by suspicious men who took him away and boarded him on an unmarked boat to an undisclosed location.

It was a child slavery black market, Jack was one of many missing kids in Virtotia that were dealt the unlucky hand of falling into one. Jack was bought off by a man who called himself a "Father" whose real identity was forgotten and also owned a number of kids and teens he called his "children" and his "family". He broke them, put them through terrible situations of life and death and replaced the ones that passed on to build them up to care for each other like a family but it didn't teach them anything except how to survive with each other.

After some time passed Jack and a few of the remaining kids were rescued, however their memories of the man's face were erased but not their experiences. They were taken back to their respective homes or handed to the church for a recovery program where the kids learned patience and coping with their pain. After it was cut out of funding they were sent back to orphanages. The world was different than the last time Jack had seen it, it was safer but still not perfect. He had no home left, as it was burned down when he went missing, so he applied to be taken in by the Government to train him into becoming a member of the Secret Service for the future. He was assigned a young team and after some time he moved to the U.S where he met the Justice Teens and waited a little bit before finally being accepted in March 2013 as an agent with a vigilante guise.

Personality: Jack is an aloof, tough, and disinterested character that comes off as without any personality or likes. If a conversation isn't important he isn't ashamed to let it die. Tries to be social but isn't great at it. He has a small circle of friends and an even smaller circle of closer friends that make him feel comfortable enough to open up and joke around with. Very responsible but doesn't actually like work and complains a lot quietly to himself about it and things that don't go right. He’s made it a goal to try to be more open.

Quit League: After the age of 19, Jack relieves himself of working with the Justice Teens to stay home with his future family and gives up pursuing the Secret Service to study and become a professor of Law and Justice.
