Background: Not much is known of Leo’s life before becoming Kid Blurr. Blurr started in 2006 and has been the oldest running member of the Justice Teen since. In that time, he's been through Hell and back. At a young age, he's seen some of the worse the multiverse has had to offer, and then some. Even through all the trauma, Blurr kept a somewhat positive outlook on life. Once creating the new Justice Teens, Blurr was known to let others lead the teams, mostly Donut Boy. After the death of Kid Rager two years after, Kid Blurr finally cracked. He found himself hating most if not all, Humans. He would become aggressive towards not only outsiders but his own team, usually being compared to a dictator. Many people would step to him but find themselves in danger by someone whose rage leads their speed. By 2011, Kid Blurr became the leader the Justice Teens needed and respected, appreciating both strength and mind.

Personality: For a while, Blurr had somewhat of a hard life, dealing with the responsibilities he unknowingly jumped into. In his younger years, Blurr was known to be cruel and cold, and somewhat uncaring towards Humanity. Many viewed him as dark and paranoid because of his lack of hesitation when it came to killing. When it was discovered that files were made on how to take down the Justice Teens, he showed little remorse for it. As he got older, however, Blurr came to trust and rely on the Justice Teens to keep him whole, and many stood beside him to bare the weight he carried on his shoulders. After his return in 2011, Blurr was a lot calmer and used his head more when it came to leading the Justice Teens. Though he is still capable of slipping back into his old ways, his dedication to the league comes before all.

Leader of the Justice Teens of America, one of the fastest living creatures in the multiverse, and piss-poor high-school student, Kid Blurr is a veteran "super-hero" with the scars to prove it. His wisdom exceeds far beyond his age but everything learned came from the mistakes of both his past and future. Dead friends and loved ones haunt him, but it is the goal for a better future for all life on Earth that keeps him moving.
