Important Life Events: Getting disowned and sent to San Francisco freed her from her adoptive family.

Background: Luna was born to Amorian princess Ti’anz and notorious outlaw Zècla. Soon after her birth she was dropped off on the doorstep of the wealthy Powers family. Having just birthed their heir one year prior, Scarlet and Drake Powers wanted nothing to do with this abandoned child. However due to the paparazzi photos surfacing of the child on the doorstep, and the need to keep up with their pristine reputation, they had no choice but to keep her. Naming her Roxanne they dyed her hair black and forced her to wear sunglasses or blue eye contacts to hid her unusual features. As soon as she was old enough they sent her off to a boarding school in Copenhagen to temporarily rid themselves of her existence. As Roxanne grew older she became more bitter and hateful against the mistreatment from her adoptive family. She eventually stopped dyeing her hair black and adopted a rebellious personality at around age 14. After getting into a handful of trouble she was expelled from school and finally disowned from the Powers family. Sent off across the country, she lived on the streets of San Francisco until she was approached by Fallout Boy and Sparky Arrow and was asked to join the Justice Teens.

Personality: When Luna first joins the league, she is rather stoic. Eventually, mid 2014, she begins to warm up and become more open toward people in the league. Luna tends to be proud, not liking to accept help from others. But she will accept it when she absolutely needs to. She is protective and will sacrifice herself if need be. Luna is blunt even if its rude. Luna loves dark humor. She does not put up with people who betray or villains. There are only a few people that Luna could really consider her friends, but she can get along with most people. Luna doesn't necessarily want to be a hero but is one because the Justice Teens accepted her.
