Background: Justine Wade’s life before his powers was pretty mundane. He went to school, lived with his father, and had a steady relationship, everything was swell. Then, in 2009, his meta-gene activated during a fight between Blurr and the Justice Teens. A large amount of raw Speed Force energy somehow affected Justine’s genetic makeup, giving him time manipulation. However, as stated by both Blurr and Ada Shepard years later, Justin’s powers are much more complex than just that. Justine’s powers caused him to constantly be ripped from his current time and thrown throughout time. He went missing the same week his powers emerged, unknown to anyone that he was lost through time. It was during a small stay in 2049 that Justine met the future Justice Teens who offered their help in training him to use his powers. He’d spend the next two years training his abilities before being able to use his abilities with only a few complications. One day, through unknown circumstances, Justine's powers shot him back in time, about a week after he went missing. His reemergence in the current time was felt by Kid Blurr, who quickly brought him to S.T.A.R Labs where they placed him within a chamber that helped keep Justine within that one spot of time. Owing the J.T of tomorrow, Justine would join the second generation of J.Ts under Blurr’s command.
Personality: Justine comes off as a bit impatient. Due to never really knowing when his powers would send him through time, he tries his best to do as much as possible with the time he’s given. He won’t let anyone stand in his way once he’s set his mind and has no fear in flexing his abilities with the result of entire groups of people being erased from time.

Appearance: Justine Time has to wear a temporal containment suit from the future. The suit is a tight grey material that has yet to be discovered. Whenever his powers are in use, five blue rings form around his arms, and symmetrical lines move from his neck down to his feet. Hiding his controlled suit, Justine will wear street clothes over them. However, when needed the full brunt of his powers, Justine will not wear the uniform. Physically, Justine’s a handsome young man with light skin and a low tapered afro with dyed tips.
