Background: Raised in Aspen, Colorado, Miguel lived among the snow. Around the age of 8, he began to take a special interest in snow sports, such as skiing and snowboarding. He often competed in local tournaments around the age of 9 and was partially trained by his older brother, Aarón. At 11, Cairo lost his brother to a critical ski accident, where he slid off-course into a mesh of rocks aside from the mountain. Continuing to perform snow sports, mostly in honor of his brother, Cairo made it a passion for himself. At the age of 12, He moved to Kansas City, but often traveled to compete in numerous winter sport competitions. One day, he faced a near-death fall when he slid off-course, but miraculously survived when he surprisingly glided away from the rock formation below and landed in the snow. The following year, Miguel was approached by Ice Tile and Carbine to join the Injustice Teens after seeing the video of him using his powers. It turned into a fight between Carbine and Miguel which ended with Carbine being the winner due to have a better understanding of wind powers. Feeling his life was in danger, he agreed to joining the I.T.

Personality: Miguel is often a chilled, layed-backed person with a sense of humor and a friendly attitude, welcoming most of types of people. Being free-spirited, he tends to hold a rebellious nature, creating somewhat of a difficulty towards conformity to rule. Despite being cool-headed, he can become self-righteous and determined towards a stance he cares for heavily, to the point of being irrational and hard-headed.
