Background: Dillon’s childhood wasn't one of the softest. Growing up in an abusive household, his powers manifested after his father found out about a relationship between him and another boy. The confrontation ended with him bringing a gun into Dillon's room in the middle of the day and taking a few shots into the wall, before beating him unconscious. The stress and severity of his injuries activated his meta-gene, allowing him to survive, but not without consequences. Dillon was beaten by both parents until the day that their eldest son Keagon was found dead in the kitchen. During an autopsy, it was discovered that he had somehow been afflicted with stage 4 cancer and an alarming number of tumors. An investigation was set up to find where Keagon could’ve come into contact with that much radiation. They soon discovered that Dillon’s body was releasing it, the peak around midnight, coincidentally around the time he’d normally get beat. Knowing his family would kill him, Dillion ran away and stayed on the streets for a year until he was approached by Ada Shepard. She brought him to her school in Metropolis where he had learned to control his abilities. After some time, Dillon became restless, wanting to use his powers to help people rather than train. Needing the thrill, he left the school and joined the Justice Teens as Fallout Boy.
Personality: Fallout’s power causes some people to feel uncomfortable being around him, and that’s just how he likes it, even when it’s not true. Those who stick by his side are viewed by him as his true family and will happily die for them. His whole life toughened him up, teaching him to take the hits and to ALWAYS dish it back. He can be a bit harsh at times, letting people fend for themselves, but he’ll always keep an eye on them. Selfless and angry, Fallout is grateful for any fight he’s put in, powers or not. It’s good therapy.
